Welcome to Balboa Fundamentals, a 3-week introductory course!

Balboa developed in the crowded ballrooms of Southern California and came to be defined by its close embrace hold, turns, and fancy footwork. We’ll take you from pure Balboa Shuffle to Bal-Swing and show you why Balboa dancers love the floor.
No partner or experience required.

Classroom opens at 6:45pm. Class begins promptly at 7pm.

June 2nd – Downhold Basics, Promenades, and Come-Arounds

June 9th – Come-Arounds, Lollies, and Out & Ins

June 23rd – Rotational Out & Ins, Toss-outs
